Our Story

Sol & Selene was born in 2020, right as Covid was making its way across Australia — and right in the middle of one of the most challenging chapters of my life.

After nearly 30 years of using topical steroids to manage my chronic and severe eczema, I found myself going through topical steroid withdrawal. My skin was raw, reactive, and incredibly sensitive, and I simply couldn't find anything on the market that felt nourishing without causing irritation. Everything I tried either inflamed my skin or was filled with ingredients my body couldn't tolerate. I needed something pure, gentle, and truly healing.

As a Naturopath specialising in skin health, I've always believed that what we put on our skin matters just as much as what we put in our bodies. Our skin absorbs everything — which is why I was so intentional about creating oils in their most natural and purest form. No fillers, no unnecessary additives — just beautiful, nourishing ingredients that your skin can truly thrive on.

Sol & Selene was created out of necessity, but it grew from a place of deep passion and purpose. I hope these oils bring your skin the comfort, hydration, and healing that I so desperately searched for.
